Pam Lockhart is the Human Resource Director with Capital Edge Consulting, Inc., and has over 20 years of experience in managing a broad scope of Human Capital Management operations to include Employee Life Cycle Support, Regulatory Compliance, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
Pam is exceptionally skilled in the ability to understand client needs and translate problems and processes into structured, manageable, and actionable concepts to support business requirements. Prior to joining Capital Edge, she managed the Human Resources function for an environmental firm, and more recently spent four years with Deltek as a Senior Consultant, implementing and supporting Costpoint Human Capital Management.

- Design, configuration, testing and implementation of Deltek Costpoint
- Labor/Leave/Payroll, Benefits, Employee Self Service and Time Collection
- DCAA compliant time tracking
- Payroll administration and support
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Pam is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Costpoint – Labor, Leave and Payroll.
