Lynne has held key leadership roles throughout her career, including Senior Director, Procurement and Subcontracts, Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and Empowered Official with the Department of State, and has served in multiple positions with the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Procurement Executive Committee. Known for bridging CPSR execution with long-term process integration, Lynne helps clients embed purchasing and supply chain improvements into always-on systems, turning future reviews and audits into non-disruptive events. Frequently requested to augment client teams, Lynne has established a trusted reputation for strategically training and empowering procurement professionals to operate compliantly, while enhancing productivity and mission outcomes.
