As a former industry leader with an Aerospace Prime Contractor, and client, with 35+ years of experience, Kimberly supports our Contract & Subcontract Administration, Supply Chain Compliance, Purchasing System Compliance, and Strategic Advisory capabilities.
Kimberly has deep expertise in Supply Chain Compliance, Contract & Subcontract Administration, Commerciality Assertions & Determinations, Price & Cost Analysis, FAR & DFARS Compliance, DCMA Reviews, and Outsourced Staffing.
Throughout Kimberly’s time supporting federal contractors and grant recipients, she has led comprehensive CPSR readiness efforts, including policy and procedure assessments, procurement file reviews, mock CPSRs, and direct liaison support with DCMA during live reviews. She has also provided hands-on staff augmentation, serving in interim leadership roles such as Director of Subcontracts and Procurement and Contracts Manager. In addition, Kimberly has supported nontraditional defense contractors (NDCs) by advising on supplier assertion evaluations and guiding clients through the development and submission of their own NDC assertions.
Prior to her time at Capital Edge, Kimberly was the Senior Director, Contracts & Procurement Operations for a large aerospace company. In this executive position, she excelled, in part, by possessing the ability to both identify critical compliance deficiencies and then create the sustainable organizational solutions to overcome those challenges. These experiences have solidified her as a strategic leader known for translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions that drive compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational resilience.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Master’s in International Business from the University of San Diego, and she completed the University of California Los Angeles Anderson Graduate School of Management’s Advanced Management Program.
