As a service leader with 9+ years of experience, Jacquelyn supports our Accounting & Finance, DFARS Business Systems, and Strategic Advisory capabilities. She is experienced in providing professional support to government contractors in the areas of regulatory compliance, contract cost accounting, and training. Her expertise includes assistance with DFARS Business System compliance reviews, budgeting, financial modeling, contract administration, cost impact models, FAR and CAS.
Throughout her work supporting federal contractors, Jacquelyn has enabled over 90 organizations to successfully navigate complex DFARS business system requirements by translating regulatory expectations into practical, scalable solutions. Her efforts have directly contributed to clients achieving compliant, audit-ready accounting and estimating systems, resulting in successful outcomes during DCAA audits and sustained operational compliance.
She has led and supported comprehensive system design, remediation, and enhancement initiatives across both accounting and estimating functions, ensuring alignment with DFARS criteria while maintaining efficiency in day-to-day business operations. By bridging the gap between regulatory requirements and real-world execution, she has helped contractors strengthen internal controls, improve cost visibility, and reduce audit risk.
Jacquelyn has partnered closely with clients through audit readiness, mock reviews, and direct engagement support, enabling organizations to confidently interface with government auditors and stakeholders. Her solution-oriented approach has not only helped clients pass audits but has also positioned them for long-term compliance success and improved business system maturity.
Over the course of Jacquelyn’s career, she has also contributed to a broad range of adjacent services, including Purchasing System Compliance, MMAS Compliance, Enterprise Systems Implementation, as well as services across our Federal Grants capability, helping clients strengthen end-to-end business system integration and maintain alignment with evolving federal requirements.
In addition, she has played an active role in Capital Edge’s internal recruitment and early career program development initiatives, supporting the firm’s ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent. Jacquelyn is also an industry instructor with FPS, where she delivers training on government compliance topics and contributes to advancing knowledge across the federal contracting community.
Jacquelyn earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from George Mason University, and she has also obtained certifications in Government Contract Accounting and Cyber Security in Government Contracting.
