Through these forums, he guides executives on how to unlock business value from AI without sacrificing control or ROI, while prioritizing investments across AI, cybersecurity, and ERP modernization.
Prior to his time at Capital Edge, Edwin led enterprise testing, automation, and data initiatives across multiple federal agencies, solidifying him as a trusted advisor in delivering scalable, compliant, and high-impact technology solutions. He supported mission-critical environments aligned to Enterprise Systems Implementation and Process & System Improvement, while ensuring system quality, reducing risk, and accelerating delivery timelines across DHS, IRS, and DOW programs. His experience spans Agile, DevOps, and ITIL-based delivery, with a strong focus on aligning technology execution to compliance and business outcomes.

Edwin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of William and Mary, and he obtained certifications including ITIL Expert, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) V1.2.
