Throughout his career, Chad has helped 250+ companies successfully complete government audits, facilitating preparation efforts and liaising with DCAA and DCMA. He also has led the implementation and enhancement of DFARS business systems for countless clients, helping organizations build compliant, audit-ready operations that drive performance. With experience designing and optimizing all six business systems, Chad regularly advises executive leadership on business system integration and portfolio management, creating sustainable practices that both withstand regulatory scrutiny and, more importantly, serve the business at large.
In addition to his proactive role in advising clients on staying proactive on regulatory change, he has also assisted numerous clients in resolving allegations of non-compliance. These experiences include supporting clients in claiming $50M+ of additional costs to which they were entitled. His extensive experience in developing CAS disclosure statements, cost accounting practice changes, and cost impact statements continually set his clients up for success to defend against allegations of noncompliance.

He has supported clients in acquiring and divesting businesses and has led a significant number of government contract compliance due diligence engagements to mitigate risks during the merger and acquisition process. Chad is a nationally recognized speaker who teaches classes through FPS, Public Contracting Institute, National Contract Management Association, Virginia Society of CPAs, and the Florida Society of CPAs. He is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), Professional Services Council (PSC), the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and the Board of Directors at the Public Contracting Institute.
Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Washington and Lee University, majoring in Business Administration.
