Brian has deep expertise in Enterprise Systems Planning & Selection, Enterprise Systems Implementation, Process & System Improvement, and Post-M&A Integrations.
Throughout Brian’s time supporting federal contractors and grant recipients, he has led a full Deltek Costpoint ERP implementation for a multi-divisional government defense contractor, including coordinating with the system integrator and handling complex data migration. He managed a full NetSuite ERP implementation for a non-profit federal grant recipient, executed through a multi-phased rollout tailored for financial reporting and grant compliance. Brian also directed the implementation of Aegis FactoryLogix MES for a $140M avionics manufacturer supporting a government defense program. He oversaw strategic sourcing transitions to Flextronics and Celestica, optimizing supply chain resilience and cost efficiency.
Brian has delivered multiple MES and PLM system implementations across commercial, defense, and chemical manufacturing sectors. He has served as program manager for high-impact projects with the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as Fortune 500 companies. He conducted site audits and led value stream mapping for a $17B defense manufacturing enterprise, identifying improvement areas and operational risks, and has led current and future state process mapping and virtual use case development for numerous Capital Edge clients navigating digital transformation.
Before his time at Capital Edge, Brian served in various leadership and senior analyst positions with L3Harris Technologies, HB Fuller, Spectral Response (Hunter Technology Corp.), and Aegis Industrial Software, solidifying him as a hands-on program management leader across MES, PLM, ERP, and process improvement initiatives in highly regulated and operationally diverse environments.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Computer Science from Berry College. He has also earned professional certificates from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers, Lean Project Management, 5S Workplace Organization, and Cybersecurity: Risk Management Framework. Brian holds a Six Sigma Green Belt in process improvement, lean, and process mapping.
