Anne Marie has deep expertise in Accounting & Finance, DFARS Business Systems, Business Restructuring, and Disputes, Litigation, & Forensic Accounting.
Throughout Anne Marie’s time supporting federal contractors and grant recipients, she has provided financial system design improving financial reporting and efficiency, organization and rate design to address strategic business repositioning or restructure, complex transaction accounting treatment in accordance with US GAAP and government compliance.
Prior to her time at Capital Edge, Anne Marie led the financial accounting, reporting and compliance team, solidifying her as subject matter expert.
Anne Marie earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, obtained and maintains Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Florida and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Anne Marie is an active member of Florida Institute of CPA (FICPA) Incoming Chair Corporate Finance Committee.
